This website is operated by Avara Care Group, LLC, doing business as Avara Care At-Home ("Avara," "we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. General information only
The content on this site describes our services and is provided for general information. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace advice from a physician or other qualified professional about a specific person's needs.
3. No care relationship until agreed
Submitting a form or calling us does not create a client relationship. Care begins only after an in-home assessment and a signed service agreement. Services, schedules and rates described on this site depend on that assessment and on caregiver availability, and may change.
4. Veteran and VA information
Avara is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Information about VA programs is a general summary and may not reflect the most recent VA rules. The VA Eligibility questionnaire gives an estimate based on your answers. It is not a determination of eligibility. Only the VA can decide whether a veteran qualifies for benefits or authorizes care, and we cannot guarantee any outcome.
5. Using the site
You agree to provide accurate information in our forms and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not submit false or automated requests, try to interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to use.
6. Phone numbers and calls
The site may show a local office number based on your approximate location. All numbers shown reach Avara, and some may be call tracking numbers that forward to our office. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number or email you provided about your request.
7. Links to other websites
This site may link to or embed content from other websites, such as VA.gov and Google Maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Our content
The text, logos, photographs and design of this site belong to Avara or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy or reuse them for other purposes without our written permission.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Avara is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. These terms apply to the website only. Care services are governed by your service agreement with Avara.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
